Exploring the balance between strength, stability, ease and grace, Matt’s flowing sequences will motivate you to discover greater freedom and growth in your yoga practice.
As a strength and conditioning coach, Matt started yoga in 2013 to learn more about mobility. Combining yoga with weightlifting, powerlifting, crossfit and gymnastics he swiftly experienced yoga's ability to enhance sporting performance, provide mental clarity and reduce predisposition to injury.

Shan is all about healthy functional movement. Her pilates classes are strong, precise and focused on educating clients on body awareness and movement. Shan is also an avid mountain biker and runner. She believes that pilates is a valuable addition to an existing fitness regimen, but also as a transformative, stand-alone exercise; creating muscle tone, improving mobility, and strengthening the whole body from the inside out.

Sarah

A teacher, student, body worker and all-round wellness professional. She wears many hats, and can offer many things, but like anyone, her standout qualities lie in who she is. She’s a feeler. She feels big and expresses herself in such an authentic way, that you just want to learn more about, and from her. She approaches life with a level of passion, ambition and energy that feels, quite frankly - inspiring. Sarah is open, kind, connected and she’s got some serious spunk to her. I’m intrigued, and absolutely love her balance of fire and earth. Seriously grounded, but she can still spark up a room. She is an interesting mix of these energies and that is her magic.

Marcus first began yoga after retiring from competitive cycling, and after a number of years of not much exercise, he was introduced to yoga by his wife and a work colleague – He soon learnt that yoga was nothing like the free yoga DVD that he got with a newspaper 10 years ago!
He became really interested in the physicality of yoga and channels of energy through the body, and after several years of in-studio practice, took the plunge and became a yoga instructor.

Our classes explore human experience with movement and incorporate breath techniques to support your individual goals – whether they are lifestyle, wellness or performance based.

We encourage the experience of yoga to be holistic, ensuring benefits both on and off the mat. With a regular practice, you’ll notice a positive shift in many aspects of your life.

Whether you’re attending your very first yoga class or are an experienced yogi, at Wild you’ll discover a welcoming community of like-minded individuals.

Wild flow

Our flow class is structured around vinyasa sequencing and is considered a medium/high intensity class. Focusing equally on philosophy, mobility and strengthening, this class encourages a powerful connection between breath and movement. Each class is sequenced differently depending on the teacher, however, will typically be energetic, flowing and constantly drawing upon the mind-body-breath connection. Energising and connecting, Wild Flow feels like a moving meditation.

Wild explore

A little wilder than our typical flow class. This is for yogis wanting to explore their personal practice and boundaries. An opportunity to dive deeper and play with advanced yoga concepts and challenging poses in a safe space. A slightly longer class offers more time to explore your practice in this fun and flowing class.

Wild tame

A little less wild than our flow class. Offering a slower vinyasa flow, ideal for those days when you want to slow it down and find balance. More focused on the yin-yang relationship, this class can still be strong and dynamic, but with a focus on unwinding and resetting the mind and body.

Wild emerge

Our foundational flow class is suitable to people new to yoga, or anyone wanting to explore the foundations of the practice. Similar to our wild flow, vinyasa sequencing supports students to find connection between breath and movement. With more emphasis on safe alignment and yogic philosophy, this is the perfect stepping stone towards our more dynamic classes.

Wild Pilates

Wild Pilates focuses on the heart of the pilates method, mat-work. Pilates mat-work uses body weight to create a dynamic, full body workout that allows flow and rehabilitative movement to condition the body to perform and feel it’s best.

This class involve precise, well-controlled movement for the entire body focusing on building strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness. Pilates helps correct muscle imbalances and improve posture and spinal health.

Wild earth

This is our slow and grounded class, featuring less poses and longer holds. Following a yin or restorative framework, our earth class is designed to balance and restore the body’s natural, healing ability. Floor poses are held for 4-8 minutes at a time, increasing flexibility and mobility, reducing stress and anxiety, and opening the fascia to promote circulation. Designed to help you slow down, this class is ideal for active people and suits all levels of experience.
